Terms & conditions for an enquiry - not a rental contract

These terms explain the first step of requesting a stay at Villa Ceu Sin, Bonnieux, France. Contact: [email protected].

1. Your request

The form prepares an email containing your requested dates, guest numbers, contact details and payment preference. You must send that email from your email app or webmail. Preparing or sending a request does not reserve dates, create a rental contract or authorise a payment.

2. Availability and quote

Stays run from Saturday to Saturday in whole weeks, with a minimum of 7 nights. The first arrival is 3 July 2027 and the last checkout is 2 October 2027. The owner will check availability and reply with a personalised quote. Before you commit or pay, you will receive the property description, the contracting party’s details, the total price and applicable charges, payment schedule, security deposit if any, and the rental and cancellation terms. A booking is confirmed only in accordance with those separately supplied terms.

3. Your group

Direct booking requests must be for exactly 14 guests, including children and infants. For this form, guests aged 12 and over are counted as adults; children are under 12. These age bands are for guest counts only. The person making the request must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.

4. Payment preference

Direct-booking payments will be collected by PLETROS. Bank transfer and credit card are preferences at the enquiry stage. Bank details or a secure card payment link will be supplied after the quote is accepted. Do not send card numbers by email. No payment is collected on this website at this stage.

5. Contact and personal information

The website does not submit your contact details to a booking database. When you send your email, PLETROS receives the information you include and uses it to answer your enquiry and prepare your quote. Contact [email protected] for questions about your request or personal information.

6. Booking through Airbnb

If you choose Airbnb instead, the reservation and payment take place on Airbnb under the terms displayed there. The direct enquiry on this website is a separate route.

Your privacy

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or embedded maps. Photographs are served from the website itself.

For a direct booking request, the form prepares an email in your email application. It is sent to PLETROS only when you send that email. This site does not save your name, email or message in a booking database, browser storage or the page address. Only dates, guest counts and payment preference can be carried between languages in the page address.

PLETROS uses the information you email to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. Contact [email protected] about your request or personal data. No card numbers are collected on this site. If you choose Airbnb, its terms and privacy policy apply to your booking and payment.

The hosting provider processes technical connection data to deliver and protect the website. External links, including Google Maps, open third-party services with their own privacy policies.
