Your enquiry
The form prepares an email on your device. It reaches us only when you send it through your email app or webmail. Your name, email and message are not saved in a website booking database or browser storage. Only dates and guest numbers can appear in the page address when you change language.
Why we use your information
We use the dates, guest numbers and contact details you provide to answer your questions and prepare a possible stay. This is processing necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, or to carry out a contract if you book. Technical connection information may be processed for our legitimate interest in delivering and securing the website. We do not use your enquiry to sign you up for marketing.
Who receives it
The people handling direct enquiries at PLETROS and the providers needed to deliver those services may receive relevant information. Email is handled through Microsoft 365. Cloudflare provides website delivery and security and may process technical details such as IP addresses, browser information and security logs.
How long it is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept as needed to answer your request and follow up a proposed stay. If you book, records needed for the rental, accounting or legal obligations may be retained for those purposes. We use the purpose of the record and any applicable legal requirement to determine retention; you can ask us about the period that applies to your information.
Cookies and external services
We do not use advertising cookies or marketing pixels. The optional interactive map is provided by Google Maps and loads only when you choose “Load Google Maps”. At that point, Google receives your IP address and browser information and may use cookies under its own privacy policy. Loading is based on your choice to enable this optional service. You can close the map to stop using it; your choice is not stored for later visits. Closing the map does not erase cookies already set by Google; you can manage those in your browser. Photographs are served by this website, and text uses your device’s built-in fonts. Cloudflare may use essential security cookies when needed to protect the service. WhatsApp, Airbnb and other external services are opened only when you choose their links; their own privacy policies then apply. No card details are collected here.
Hosting and international processing
Cloudflare, Inc. is a US company and delivers the site through a global network. Technical information may be processed outside the European Economic Area; this website does not claim EU-only hosting. Cloudflare describes its data-transfer safeguards in its Data Processing Addendum. The website does not store guest enquiries in a Cloudflare booking database.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and legal conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact contact@villaceusin.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
